Recipe for Thalipeetha:
Apply some oil on a pan (tawa) and after sprinkling some water on it, take small balls of dough and pat them into thali shape with your hands.
Make a hole in the middle and on the sides, through which some oil can be poured. Less oil will be required while frying Thalipeeth.
Fry well on both sides until golden brown.
Serving: Thalipeeth is served hot with ghee, curd, or pickle.
