At Malvan Bazaar, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In the rare event that you are not, we are here to assist you with a return and exchange as per the following policy:
Returns
We only accept returns for defective products. If you receive a defective product, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of product delivery.

Please note:
Returned products must be unused in their original packaging. And must include all documentation.
Malvan Bazaar reserves the right to inspect the product before approving a return or exchange.
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping charges may apply.

Exchanges
Yes, we accept exchanges within 7 days of the product delivery date. If you would like to exchange your product for another item:

Provide your order number, reason for exchange, and the product you would like to receive in exchange.
Once your exchange request is approved, you will be guided through the exchange process.
Please note:
The item to be exchanged must be unused and in its original packaging.
Additional fees may apply if there is a price difference between the exchanged products.
Shipping charges may apply for exchanges unless otherwise stated.
Important Information
Returns or exchanges requested after 7 days from the product delivery date will not be accepted.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds or replacements for defective products will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
